What is the meaning of MSCC and full form ?

There are two types of manned systems control center.One refers to that of transport and infrastructure projects on Earth(waterways,bridges etc) and the other deals with that of space.Both the jobs are similar.People who are experts in the technology and procedure and stationed at a control post and given certain tasks to ensure that smooth traffic or spacecraft can transition that path without any mishap or problems.
