1.What are the fees of a preschool in India?
The most important question on everyone’s mind is the cost of nursery/preschool education. It can be between rs.35000 per year to rs. 1 lac per year.There are big brand preschools like Kangaroo kids,Eurokidz etc that are well established and run vey commercialized schools.These will likely be in the Rs.70000 to Rs.1 lac range.
2.What all will your toddler learn?
A playschool or preschool is a [;ace where your child will learn less and play more.It makes sense not to spend too much on your preschool fees. Look at it as a place where your child will learn to interact with other kids and also try and be without the parents for 2 hours.This is the first time that these kids will be on their own away from known faces of their homes.It will give them confidence as well as learn to make new friends.
3.What age should my child be when admitted to a preschool?
The ideal age would be after 2.5 years. Some parents put their kids even earlier,but that should be avoided. Between 2.5-3 years of age is fine. By this time most kids understand commands and are slightly more independent.
4.Can preschools get my child admission into a high school?
Many preschools ,playschools and nursery principals will tell the parents that they have “ties” and “settings” with staff and principals from high schools.In reality many dont.They only promise you these things so that you join thier schools.
