What is the meaning of PWDS and full form ?

A PWD is a person who has some sort of handicap maybe involving a limb or spinal disability.It could also encompass a minor mental disability or a mental health condition.There are quotas in all government and private companies whereby a certain number of employees can be hired if they have a disability.
