What is the meaning of SWAN and full form ?

Just like a LAN – local area network is a communications broadband network that connects all computers within a small space and on the other hand,a SWAN is the similar type of connection whereby all the users on the SWAN can access the resources of a server or the internet but only difference is that its a much wider network and many more users can login to it.
