NEET 2019 Qualification Codes – Check Code Wise List – In your application form for the NAtional Eligibility cum entrance test you will need to put these qualification codes where it is asked for.This step is extremely important and putting the wrong code might even make your application null and void.

As you know this exam is organised and managed by the NTA- National Testing agency that gives you admission into various dental and medical colleges that are affiliated with it.Please check the codes carefully before putting it in tge required field in the application form.

 

NEET 2019 Qualification Codes – Check Code Wise List

 

CODE: 01

Candidates who are appearing in Class 12th and their result is awaited in 2019. Then they are only eligible to get admission in the MBBS or BDS programme if they qualify the examination (10+2) with the required percentage of marks at the time of first round of counselling.

CODE: 02

A Candidate who qualifies their Higher/Senior Secondary Examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination that is equivalent to 10+2 Higher/Senior Secondary Examination after a period of 12 years studies. They have to complete their qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology (that includes practice tests in the given subjects) and Mathematics or any other elective subject with English at a level not less than the core course for English that is prescribed by the National Council of Educational Research and Training after introduction of the 10+2+3 educational structure as recommended by the National Committee on Education.

Provided that 2 years of regular & continuous study of PCB taking together are required at 10+2 level for all the candidates. Candidates who have passed 10+2 from NIOS, State Open School or as the private candidate are not be eligible to appear for NEET (UG). Furthermore, the study of Biology/Biotechnology as an additional subject at 10+2 level also are not permissible.

NOTE: Where the course content is not as prescribed for 10+2 education structure of the National Committee, the candidates will have to undergo a period of one-year pre-professional training before admission to the Medical Colleges.

CODE: 03

Aspirants who completed their Intermediate/Pre-degree Examination in Science from the Indian University/Board or other recognized examining body having Physics, Chemistry, Biology /Biotechnology (which include a practical test in these three subjects) and also English as a compulsory subject.

CODE: 04

This code is for the students who qualify Pre-professional/Pre-medical Examination with PCB (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Bio-technology including practical subjects) and English as a compulsory subject after Higher Secondary Examination or the Pre-University or an equivalent examination.

CODE: 05

Candidates who studying in the first year of the three years’ degree course of a recognized University with PCB (that includes practical tests in the given subjects) provided the examination is a University Examination. The candidate also passed their earlier qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology with English at a level not less than a core course.

CODE: 06

Students who have passed their B.Sc. Examination from an Indian University with not less than two of the given subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology)/Bio-technology. They have also qualified their earlier qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.

CODE: 07

Candidates who are studying any other examination that has scope and standard (Last 02 years of 10+2 Study consist of Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology; that includes practical test in all the given subjects) that found to be equivalent to the Intermediate Science Examination of an Indian University/Board, taking the subjects PCB including practical tests in each of the subjects and English as a compulsory subjects.

This code is Provided that to be eligible for the competitive entrance examination, the candidate must have passed any of the qualifying examinations as enumerated above or appearing in the qualifying examination in 2019. Provided also that to be eligible for competitive Entrance Test the candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology at the qualifying examination as mentioned in clause (2) of regulation 4 on Graduate Medical Education 1997 and in addition must have come in the merit list of NEET 2019 for admission to MBBS/BDS courses.

Candidates belong to SC/ST/OBC, they have to score 40% marks in PCB subjects taken together. Candidates, those belong to PwD category, they have to score minimum 45% marks in PCB subjects taken together.

Candidates, those qualify the exam from abroad seeking admission into medical colleges in India must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English up to the 12th standard level with 50% marks.
