Mumbai University Results Problem

Mumbai University Results Problem – It took me 6 years to finish engineering, and another 2.5 years to HOPE to get the convocation  degree.Actually as of this minute i still haven’t got it, as after going  6 times to Mumbai university campus at Kalina,which is 1 taxi, i train and 1 auto ride away from my house- total of 1.5 hours every time, for them to tell me they cant find my convocation form.Therefore my only holiday in the full week gets spent running around mumbai university,asking different people what to do.It seems like the clerks working there think they are doing me some favor.

After breaking my head studying for engineering (its very very  tough,beleive me), i cant even show off my degree, because of the incompetance of the university staff,who cant even locate my form.

So for the last time i went this monday, and someone magically found it on the computer.He tells me,the seat number on my marksheet and that on the computer is different (:S) .I almost felt happy that it was found.Then he tells me,its sent to college,which again is at the opposite end of mumbai island!!!

I hope Mumbai University takes the example of other institutions around the world and gets EVERYTHING digitised ,without paper forms,applications and files.
