What does ACR mean or stand for ?

As the name suggests,this type of report is prepared once a year to evaluate various aspects of performance of a civil servant that works in a public company or government organization.

This report is made by manager of the department or the officer that supersedes authority of the civil servant.

This is extremely important for the growth and career development of the civil servant and outlines the duties and responsibilities in that financial year.Only managers and senior officers have access to these reports and are thus confidential.Future promotions are also affected inversely by this report.
