What does COCA mean or stand for ?

Control of Organized Crime Act is a legal ordinance that is passed by the senate/judicial board of a country that makes it a priority to contain and alter by use of law enforcement,the spread of organized crime.Gang wars and the underworld are responsible especially for  the movement of narcotics and an all out war is declared by the authorities all over the world.
