What does EMBARC mean or stand for ?

Electronic Mail Broadcast to a Roaming Computer was a common way of sending emails in the 90s.Just as we do so easily today,the networking capabilities were less technologically advanced and i order to send offshore emails took more effort.There was also a way to send a broadcast message bu choosing multiple message recipients to receive the same email from the sender.
