KTET Important dates 2019

The Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test or KTET is a state examination in order to assign teaching posts in various educational institutions.

Many academic institutions need this qualification before they can give a job to the teacher and have the right to refuse a teaching post as well for candidates not certified.This insures that teachers that are recruited are of good quality and possess good teaching abilities.

These teachers will be recruited in schools all across the state in Lower Primary,Upper Primary and High School levels

KTET 2019 Important Dates

Start Date for submitting applications online – May 27 2019

Last Date for submitting applications online – June 06 2019

Release of Admit Card – June 15 2019

Dates of KTET main exam – June22 and June 29 2019

CAtegory 1 – June 22 10 am – 12.30 pm

Category 2 – June 22 2 pm – 4.30 pm

Category 3 – June 29 10 am – 12.30 pm

Category 4 – June 29 2 pm – 4.30 pm

The duration set for each of these papers is two and a half hours.
