What does RC mean or stand for ?

Run Command is a computer command issued to execute a program.This command allows the program to start and operate in the local memory provided to the computer.It has its roots from an old DOS version of operating system of Microsoft and is a character based command.Nowadays in Graphic operating systems,it is not required and a simple double click on the executable file will allow it to run.
