What does RSETI mean or stand for ?

Rural Self Employment Training Institutes are partly funded by the government as well as some banks together to help the youth of rural areas.There is vast unemployment due to lack of skill and infrastructure development.RSETI helps nurture these young talents in various vocational courses that are short term duration of about 6 weeks.All necessary practical knowledge and skills are taught in this period.
