What does RTE mean or stand for ?

Right to Education is an act enforced in many countries around the world.It is aimed at providing free education to children upto high school.This is right from the elementary level when the child is about 6 years old right until they are fourteen.This is considered a fundamental right to all children no matter from which background,economic status,caste,creed or religion.
