What does RUW mean or stand for ?

Remaining Usable Water is a phrase used to describe the amount of drinkable water left on the planet. This is estimated to be less than 1 percent and does not consider saline water of the seas as it is not consumable. The remainder is found in lakes, ponds and underground soil ducts.
