U and ES is a clinical medical test that is ordered by a primary care physician to check the working and status of the kidneys. Elevated levels of either Urea or Electrolytes in the blood is a good indicator that not only are the kidneys not functioning well but its also could mean the heart is not performing its duties as it should.
