What does UFD mean or stand for ?

UFD is a USB flash drive or commonly called as a pen drive.This is a static memory device or solid state portable device that can even have a storage capacity of several hundred gigabytes. It has replaced dynamic moving storage like DVDs due to the fact that it is easily rewritable. Some SSDs are also used in laptops and PADs as the primary storage media.
