In Electronics & Telecommunications networks and especially Telefax systems, the BCVT – basic class virtual terminal has the honor of being the first Open system interconnection (OSI) model to be developed by the IEEE & IOC.This is a communication system protocol and the reason it was developed was to increase efficiency and also made it a more economical system for commercial transmission.
