What is the meaning of HASCVD and full form ?

This is a type of heart disease whereby due to prolonged years of hypertension – high blood pressure,the arteries end to get thicker,tighter and lose their elasticity. This makes it more difficult for the blood to pass and could lead to a blockage which could further lead to more complications.
