Diabetes is the condition in which the spleen does not produce sufficient insulin in the body and in this case the blood sugar levels are not contained resulting in high sugar.However there is another type of diabetes known as diabetes Mellitus that also affects the body and raises the blood sugar level but is not depend on the insulin levels.
