What is the meaning of POK and full form ?

After separation in 1947,the state of Jammu and Kashmir was divided in such a way that portion of Kashmir was under the jurisdiction of India and half it was handed over to India.To this day there is military presence in both the portions with constant insurgence and armed conflict due to the nature of the political divide.
