What is the meaning of TRYSEM and full form ?

The central government came up with the TRYSEM scheme in order to give training and skill development to youth of rural areas so that they can be self sustainable and can be self employed in a profession.Through the RSETI which are a series of educational institutes that can impart this knowledge and expertise to these people.
