What does CHEMO mean or stand for ?

Chemotherapy or CHEMO as we call it in short form is a series of drugs that are administered to cancer patients to destroy rogue cancer cells in their body.These cells multiply rapidly and sometimes cause tumors which are abnormal masses.

CHEMO drugs are expensive and have bad side effects like hair fall and nausea,body ache etc.The process of taking the CHEMO drugs intravenously takes just over an hour and a series of these rounds can stop the spread of the rogue cancer cells.
